Class Description:
Having a strong center and foundation is crucial to a healthy musculoskeletal system. Having a strong heart is crucial to longevity. This class integrates Pilates-inspired abdominal exercises with interval cardio training exercises that incorporate yoga postures. Everyone's favorite yoga posture, Savasana, is always at the end of each class.
