Bio:

Cindy Sterling is a Kripalu certified yoga teacher, a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, and an RN. She has been a Keene resident for 22 years and is the owner of Sterling Studios, LLC, a yoga and healing arts center. Besides being a yoga teacher and therapist, Cindy also is a freelance grant writer and owner of Impact Earth, a grant writing and environmental education/consulting business. Cindy teaches with the philosophy that Yoga is for everyone, no matter what your shape, size, health status or age may be. Whole Body, Whole Earth.
